The home is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master suite is conveniently located on the main living level and features an adjoining bathroom with a shower and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, you will find two additional guest bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and another with two queen beds. These upstairs rooms share a full hallway bathroom equipped with a combo tub and shower. For added convenience, a half bath is located at the entry of the home.

Designed for comfort and functionality, the interior includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a range, and a breakfast bar that seats four, complemented by a dining table with seating for six. The family room, master bedroom, and one queen guest room are all equipped with TVs for your entertainment. Outside, guests can enjoy a 12’ x 27’ pool and a gas grill for poolside cooking. Practical additions include a drip-style coffee maker, access to the garage, and ample parking for up to four cars.

Located on the south end of the island, you are just one block from the village. This social hub is home to shopping, restaurants, ice cream shops, and the Mallery Street pickleball court. Guests can stroll to the Lighthouse Museum for sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Jekyll Island, where dolphins are often spotted during warmer months. Nearby attractions include Neptune Park with its ocean-side pool, miniature golf, and a fishing pier. Non-tidal beach entrances are just 2 miles away.

• Age Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30, or children accompanying parents (no student groups)
• Pool Heating: Available in cooler months for $75/night + tax (must be requested 48 hours before arrival)
