This historic home features a thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the main level, the primary bedroom offers a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower, providing direct entry to an expansive back lawn and patio. Also on the main floor is a second bedroom with a bunk bed that adjoins a half bathroom. Upstairs, you will find a third bedroom with two twin beds and a fourth bedroom featuring one queen and one twin bed; both upper rooms share a hallway bathroom equipped with a shower.

As part of the Lighthouse Legacy Collection, this cottage was built in the 1930s and 1940s. It has been carefully restored to preserve its original architectural charm, unique floor plans, and coastal nostalgia, offering an authentic St. Simons experience filled with warmth and personality.

• Restrictions: No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
