The first level showcases an open floor plan design with a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, dining area, living space with gas log fireplace, and master suite with queen bed. Both the master suite and living area open to a large ocean-facing screened porch complete with dining seating for 4 and Adirondack-style chairs. Two parking spaces are provided with no trailers permitted. The cottage follows strict no smoking and no pets policies. Linens and bath towels are included for your convenience. Please note that storms may occasionally affect beach crossover access, and tides change every six hours - consult tide charts to plan optimal beach time. On-site management is available at the clubhouse for assistance during your stay.
