For outdoor enjoyment, the property includes a private, screened-in back porch equipped with exterior furniture.

Designed with high-end comfort and convenience in mind, the condo is located on the first floor for an easy walk from the parking lot to your front door at The St. Augustine Beach & Tennis Club Condominiums. To ensure your beach days are perfect, the home is equipped with a variety of supplies stored in an outside closet, including a beach cart, umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards.

Inside, you will find a full kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and an ensuite washer and dryer with detergent. Please note that there is currently no ice maker available in the house.
