This inviting retreat is located near the East Beach Causeway and is a short distance from the Pier/Village area, making it the ideal base for your coastal vacation memories.

Designed for ultimate privacy and comfort, this home features a layout where every bedroom has its own bathroom. The property accommodates up to 8 guests with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom on the main living level with a King bed and TV, complemented by a primary ensuite featuring a large shower and soaker tub. The second floor houses three additional bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed, a TV, and its own ensuite bathroom (one with a shower and two with tub/shower combinations). For added convenience, there is a half bathroom located at the entry.

The main living area is designed for gathering, featuring a living room with a smart TV and dining space for 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, while the screened-in porch offers a gas grill for outdoor dining.

Located mid-beach, the home sits halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. This specific stretch of beach is not tide dependent and offers plenty of walking distance in both directions. Guests will enjoy being within walking distance of local restaurant favorites, including Crab Daddy's, Fiddlers, Porch, and Barrier Island Brewing.

• Pets: Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs (25lbs or less) with a $250 pet fee. Puppies under 1 year and breeds designated as 'vicious' by insurance carriers are not permitted.
• Pool: A heated pool option is available for $75/night plus tax, which can be requested up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30+ (excluding children with parents); no student groups allowed.
• House Rules: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property. No events, parties, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed.
