Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include a primary suite with a King bed and ensuite shower, along with two additional bedrooms each featuring a Queen bed and a TV. Guests have access to a shared hall bathroom to complete the layout.

The heart of the home is an open kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats four, flowing seamlessly into a dining room for six and a family room equipped with a 55” smart TV. For your convenience, the home includes a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a single-serve Keurig coffee maker.

Outside, you will find a private oasis. The pool is surrounded by tall bamboo for added privacy, accompanied by a fun cabana for poolside enjoyment and an outdoor gas grill for alfresco dining. An outdoor shower is also available to rinse off sandy toes after a day at the coast, and a screened-in back porch provides a peaceful transition to the backyard.

Located on the south end of the island, the property is near the St. Simons Pier Village district, the downtown social hub known for shopping, dining, and the pier. Nearby attractions include the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean-side pool, miniature golf, and oak-shaded picnic areas, as well as the local library and theater.
