Unit A features an upstairs King bedroom and a second bedroom with two Queen beds, supported by a shared hall bathroom and a convenient half bath at the entry. Unit B offers an upstairs Queen bedroom and a second bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and a bunk bed (Queen on bottom), featuring both an ensuite bath and a main-level half bath.

Because this is a duplex, you get double the convenience with two fully equipped kitchens, two dining rooms, and two comfortable family rooms. Each side leads to its own fenced-in courtyard, complete with gas grills and outdoor showers for rinsing off after a day in the sand.

Situated mid-beach, the home is perfectly positioned halfway between East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village. This specific stretch of beach is not tide dependent, offering plenty of room for walking in both directions. • Restrictions: No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including porches and decks. No parties, events, or overnight guests beyond the original booking group are allowed.
