Each bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. The master bedroom includes a dresser, smart TV, a pack n play, and a dedicated master bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom also features a dresser and houses the stacked washer and dryer.

The living space is designed for ease and functionality, featuring a sofa for three, an accent chair, a smart TV, and an office desk. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is equipped with electrical appliances, a toaster, and a standard drip/Keurig coffee maker, along with a bar top and two bar stools. Step outside to the private balcony to find an outdoor table set for four and beach toys for the children.

Guests have full access to the property and the exceptional facilities of the gated community. While structured amenities are limited, the community provides a large pool with chaise lounges, a fitness center, tennis and shuffleboard courts, as well as charcoal grills and pavilions for family gatherings. Access to these areas and the private beach gate is managed via a provided access card.

Located in a peaceful, gated environment, the condo offers a quiet sanctuary with the convenience of a parking lot located directly in front of the building.
