Sleeping arrangements include a cozy queen bed in the primary bedroom and a plush queen sleeper sofa located in the living area. Guests will love the intimate dining nook, which features a cushioned bench fit for royalty, making every meal feel a little more special.

While the home provides a serene sanctuary, the surrounding facilities ensure a convenient stay. The property is managed by Parker-Kaufman Realtors and offers access to several community features. Guests can enjoy a private, poolside seating area just outside their patio doors, as well as on-site amenities including a gym, an on-site store, and BBQ and picnic areas. For convenience, parking is provided directly outside the unit and there are three coin-operated laundry rooms on site accessible via key card.

Location is everything at Villa 336. The villa is situated just steps away from the pool courtyard, where you can find Jekyll and Tide, one of the island's most-loved restaurants. For those seeking the ocean, it is a short 100-yard stroll to the brand-new oceanfront pavilion and boardwalk, ideal for sunset views or morning walks. Please note that beach access may not be available during high tide; during these times, guests are encouraged to enjoy the boardwalk, the swimming pool, or public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn.
