Damage Policy: We reserve the right to charge for damages or excessive cleaning (up to $500 for cleaning) caused by you or your invitees. Rental Changes: In rare cases, we might need to change your rental. We’ll do our best to find you a comparable property or refund you. We will contact you as soon as possible to review any necessary changes. No Smoking: Smoking inside will incur a $500 cleaning fee. Pets: ADA service animals are welcome. Pets are allowed in specific units with an additional fee. Unauthorized pets in restricted units will incur a $500 cleaning fee. No Illegal Activities: Keep it legal and safe, or you’ll need to leave without a refund. Additional rules and policies are outlined in the required Rental Agreement provided upon a confirmed booking.
