This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation rental sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably, with a king-size bed, two twin beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a breakfast dining area. The home also features a handy laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Unwind in the cozy family room with a large TV, or step outside and relax under the canopy of live oak trees. This is the perfect spot to fire up the shared gas grill and savor a delicious meal. The home is located midway between the St. Simons Pier Village and East Beach, providing easy access to local favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch. Starter supplies are included, such as paper towels, toilet paper, hotel-quality soaps and shampoos, and basic cooking essentials. When you're ready to hit the beach, take advantage of the provided beach chairs, or bring your own towels and sunscreen. This stretch of coastline offers ample walking room in both directions, with no tide dependency. Self check-in is available, and early check-in may not be possible due to the previous guest's departure. Pets are welcome with a $250 fee, and smoking is strictly prohibited. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, or 30+ for the GAFL weekend (last weekend in October). No events or parties are allowed, and the maximum occupancy is limited to the original booking group.
