• Parking: Ample free street parking is available directly in front of the building (reserved parking is not available).
• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including the porch. No illegal drugs or underage drinking.
• House Rules: Minimum booking age is 21. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 8 AM. No parties or large group gatherings. Please do not move furniture or decor.
• Security: An active recording security camera is installed at the front door.
• Guest Protection: All guests must complete verification, sign the Rental Agreement, and choose between a Damage Waiver or Security Deposit via the Guest Portal prior to arrival.
