• Policies: No pets allowed. No smoking (violations result in a $200 fine). No food or drink in bedrooms, except for closed water bottles.
• Guest Requirements: Primary guest must be 21+; quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
• Additional Fees: Late check-outs or early arrivals (subject to approval) range from $100 to $200. Unregistered guests incur a $100 charge per person.
• Guest Protection: All reservations must complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program, including guest verification and a signed rental agreement, prior to arrival.
