While the property offers an inviting interior, the outdoor spaces are equally impressive. The living area opens to a screened porch and a large fenced patio equipped with outdoor seating, a fire table, and a gas grill. The single-car garage includes an EV outlet and is stocked with a 6-seater street-legal golf cart, three adult bikes, one child's bike, a beach caddy, beach chairs, and beach toys.
