These celebrated original beach cottages have been thoughtfully restored to preserve architectural charm and historic character, offering an authentic experience filled with warmth and coastal nostalgia.

This inviting home features 3 bedrooms, 3 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping quarters include a primary suite known as the Blue Room with a queen bed, a 32” TV, and an ensuite bath featuring a barn door entry. The Twin Room offers two single beds and a 32” TV, while the Bunk Room is designed specifically for children, featuring two single bunks and a 32” TV. The sleeping wing is further enhanced by a built-in desk and bookshelves.

Inside, you will find lovely hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and multiple relaxing areas. The front of the home features a seating area with a 48” TV that opens into the dining area and a galley-style kitchen. For additional lounging, the back family room boasts a sectional sofa, a 50” TV, and a large harvest table illuminated by a unique oyster shell chandelier. Outdoor living is embraced via a large screened-in front porch, an open back porch, and a generous gathering deck with a fenced-in backyard.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dog friendly (max 2 dogs) with a $250 pet fee; certain breeds restricted
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property
• Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ (unless accompanying parents); no student groups
• Restrictions: No events, parties, or unauthorized overnight guests
• Note: The pictured fireplace is nonfunctional and must not be used
