Designed for groups, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout provides a thoughtful balance of shared spaces and private retreats. The main level is home to the primary bedroom, which offers the added convenience of a generous walk-in closet and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a combination tub and shower. Upstairs, the sleeping arrangements continue with three additional bedrooms: Bedroom 2 is equipped with two twin beds, making it ideal for friends or children, while Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature a comfortable queen bed for added flexibility.

At the heart of the home is a spacious, well-equipped kitchen specifically designed for gathering. Whether you are preparing a full family meal or simply enjoying a quiet morning cup of coffee, this space provides everything needed for dining in and creating lasting memories together.

Located on the south end of the island, the cottage is perfectly positioned near the St. Simons Pier Village district. This area serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping and dining. Guests can easily explore the pier, the nearby lighthouse, and the local playground and picnic areas. The surrounding neighborhood offers a wealth of experiences, including the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean-side pool, a miniature golf course, an oak-shaded picnic area, a fishing pier, and the public library and theater, all while overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Arrival: Self check-in; instructions provided prior to stay
• Pets: This is not a pet-friendly home
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home, on porches, patios, decks, or anywhere on the property
• Age Requirements: Must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ or children accompanying parents; no student groups are permitted
• Events: No parties or events allowed
• Guests: No overnight guests beyond the original booking group
