The second floor is perfectly suited for groups and families, with four well-appointed guest bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which includes laundry facilities. Multiple washers and dryers throughout the home ensure convenience for larger groups and extended stays.

The third-floor living area is the heart of the home, with expansive spaces for gathering, dining, and cooking. Enjoy the chef-ready kitchen with a Wolf gas range, double sinks, and All-Clad® cookware. The primary suite is a peaceful sanctuary, offering a king-size bed, a cozy window seat, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired ensuite bath.

Steps from the beach and surrounded by lush greenery, The Blue Refuge provides the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Guests must be 25+ to book, and the primary guest must stay for the entire reservation. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are strictly prohibited. A $150 fee applies to heat the pool, which is maintained at 85°F when heated. Requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
