A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for up to 6 guests. Ideally situated on the south end of the island, this condo places you within easy reach of St. Simons Pier Village, the bustling social hub featuring shopping, dining, and the iconic St. Simons Lighthouse. Enjoy the nearby Neptune Park with its oceanside pool, playground, miniature golf, and picnic areas. Pets under 25 lbs are welcome with a $150 fee, and smoking is strictly prohibited on the property. Minimum age to book is 25, with an age 30+ requirement for the last weekend in October. No events or parties are allowed, and the original booking group is the only group permitted to stay overnight.
