As part of the Lighthouse Legacy Collection, this home is one of the island's original beach cottages from the 1930s and 1940s, thoughtfully restored to preserve its historic character, unique floor plans, and timeless coastal appeal.

The home is configured with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests with 2 beds. The layout begins with a quaint sitting room featuring a smart TV and a small kitchenette equipped with a 2-burner cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, single-serve coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven (please note there is no regular oven). For dining, there is a dedicated area for 4 guests and a comfortable high top at the entry for 3 guests.

Sleeping arrangements include a ground-floor bedroom with a full-size bed and its own 32" smart TV, adjoining a private bathroom with a classic clawfoot tub and shower. A second hall bathroom with a shower is available for additional guest use. A 15-step spiral staircase leads to a cozy loft area featuring two full-size beds, a 32" smart TV, a two-seat sofa, and a chair, all with access to a relaxing screened-in upper porch.

Located on the south end of the island, the property is just steps from the St. Simons Pier Village district. This vibrant social hub offers premier shopping and dining, as well as proximity to the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park's ocean-side pool, miniature golf, and the fishing pier. Guests can enjoy the nearby public library, theater, and oak-shaded picnic areas.

• Beach Access: The beach is located one block away and is tide-dependent; access may be limited during high tide.
• House Rules: No pets allowed. No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property. No events, parties, or unauthorized overnight guests.
• Age Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), the minimum age is 30 (unless accompanied by parents; no student groups).
