The interior is thoughtfully arranged to accommodate up to 10 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for your entire party.

While the property serves as a private sanctuary, you are never far from the excitement of the Oldest City. The location is truly unbeatable, placing you just 9 minutes from the sandy shores of Vilano Beach. Local landmarks are all within easy reach, including the Old Jail and Oldest Store Museum at 1.1 miles, as well as Fort Mose Historic State Park and Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth, both just 1.3 miles away. You can spend your days exploring historic cobblestone streets and your nights returning to your private porch haven under a canopy of stars.

To ensure the quality of the stay, several house rules are in place. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to rent due to insurance requirements, with no exceptions. The reservation holder is required to be on-site for the duration of the stay if other party members are present. Additionally, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.

Pet lovers are welcome, as up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $150 for one dog or $250 for two. All dogs must be disclosed prior to check-in to avoid a $500 fine. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, as a $500 fee will be applied if the cleaning team must handle pet waste. No other types of pets are permitted.
