The layout focuses on seamless indoor-outdoor living. Guests enter through a large, private deck area with seating for four. Through expansive glass doors, you will find a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and seating for five. The home also includes a well-equipped kitchen with bar seating for two and a dedicated dining room that seats four.

Built in the 1930s and 1940s, the home has been thoughtfully restored to preserve its original architectural charm and unique floor plans.
