• No smoking is permitted inside the home, on porches/patios, or anywhere on the property
• No events, parties, or additional overnight guests beyond the original booking group
• Age Requirement: Guests must be 25+ to book. For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be 30+ or children with parents; student groups are not permitted
• Additional Options: The property includes a residential elevator (not guaranteed ADA compliant). A heated pool option is available for $75/night plus tax, which can be added up to 48 hours before arrival.
