Before your stay, please complete a quick verification and choose one of the following options: a) Damage Waiver (non-refundable): $25 + transaction fee. b) Security Deposit (refundable): $200 + transaction fee (refund processing takes 5–10 business days).

While these options provide added peace of mind, we kindly ask that you care for the property as if it were your own. Leaving excessive trash or causing avoidable damage is discouraged to avoid any additional fee and maintain a welcoming space for everyone.

Guest MUST answer all pre-booking questions (even on instant booking) to make sure it's a good fit as well as to help us prepare for your stay.

Guest MUST provide a matching driver license ID (if profile has zero reviews, bad reviews, is local, and/or one night stay).

In compliance with City and State regulations and to maintain the integrity of the neighborhood, it is prohibited to have any large gatherings or parties. Any unauthorized or unregistered vehicles or guests will result in immediate eviction without a refund of the stay, and a complete ban from the booking channel where the reservation was made. Please refer to the house rules for more information.

All # of guests staying and visiting must be approved as we abide by city occupancy rules. We must obtain a DL or ID from the person making the reservation. This person is in charge of the entire group and is its representation.

If you're local to the area, we require a message stating this to the host.

Return any physical keys to the lockbox (if you've received one) to avoid a $250 charge for a missing key.

We cannot accept deliveries on your behalf as we lack mailbox or secure receiving facilities. To ensure your items arrive safely and on time, please have them sent to your home address.

Check in is at 4pm. There seems to be a glitch on Airbnb where you may be able to select a check in time. Please assume and expect the check in time to be always at 4pm.

We would love to accommodate all early and late check-out requests, but this isn't possible unfortunately. We ask that you please respect set check-in and check-out times. There's a good chance that someone left the day of your arrival as well as will be checking in on the day of your departure. We need the full amount of time for turnover.

Once you check out, please make sure to set the AC temperature to 80 degrees. If your stay is from December to February, turn off the A/C.

Late check-out fee: $100 for every additional hour beyond the check-out time. Please note that we implement this to ensure our cleaners have sufficient time to clean the property.
