The villa features a bright, open floorplan with a spacious living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances and coffee maker. Sliding glass doors open to a balcony overlooking the large outdoor pool with peek-a-boo ocean views. The main bedroom offers a queen-size bed, plenty of storage, flat screen TV, and sliding doors to a small balcony with additional pool and ocean views. The second bedroom provides 2 twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests, along with its own flat screen TV. The large shared bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and features dual sinks and a tub/shower combo.

Property amenities include air conditioning, heating, WiFi, dedicated workspace, full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, and dining table. Additional conveniences feature a private entrance, patio or balcony, free parking on premises, shared pool, gym, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling.

The 17-acre Villa by The Sea Resort sits directly adjacent to Driftwood Beach on Jekyll Island's north side, with Horton Pond across the road offering excellent bird watching and wildlife viewing opportunities. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The property is not pet-friendly, with a $1000 fine for policy violations. Please note that beach access may not be available during high tide; guests can enjoy the oceanfront boardwalk, resort pool, or public beach access parks south of the Holiday Inn during these times.
