This inviting space features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include coastal comforts with a new king sized bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. For additional flexibility, the unit includes a Murphy pull-out full sized bed, as well as a full sized crib and a pack-and-play for families.

Located in a prime area of Marco Island, the property is situated just a few buildings down from the JW Marriott Resort & Spa and is conveniently across the street from several local shops and restaurants.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. A brief rental agreement is required for all stays. Please note that pets are not allowed and maximum occupancy is strictly 4 people. Guests are provided with a starter pack of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and laundry detergents. Be aware that the condo lobby and common areas are currently being refreshed through December 2026, and hallway updates on top floors may occur from October to December, though these do not impact the unit, pool, or beach access.
