Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests must be at least 21 to book, and the primary guest must be present throughout the stay. No pets, smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are allowed on the property. To maintain tranquility, quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am. Parties and large group gatherings are strictly prohibited. Please note that the home is not child-proofed. A security camera is active at the front door, and furniture must not be moved. Guests will be required to use a Guest Portal to verify information and select either a Damage Waiver or a Security Deposit before arrival. Late check-outs are subject to a fee of $50 per hour.
