Two guest rooms offer queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom features double bunkbeds with a full and twin bed. The additional den provides extra privacy with a pull-out sofa, perfect for work or additional sleeping space.

The heart of the home showcases a fully stocked kitchen with top-end stainless steel appliances and white countertops. The large island provides ample counter space for preparing home-cooked meals, while the open living area features a large sofa perfect for family gatherings and movie nights. Essential amenities include air conditioning, heating, WiFi, washer and dryer, and a full range of kitchen equipment including dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and blender.

The pool remains unheated during summer months (May through mid-November). Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced at 10 guests, with no additional visitors allowed on property. Two vehicle parking limit applies, with no parking permitted on swales or obstructing sidewalks. Marco Island maintains a 24-hour noise ordinance with fines starting at $250, so guests are asked to be mindful of full-time residents in the area.
