Enjoy direct access to the private 800-ft fishing pier (no license required) and the large community swimming pool, both just steps from your private patio with outdoor dining. The complex also offers a community grill area and tennis courts, all within a gated community for added security. The condo comes equipped with all the essentials, including a washer/dryer, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, and dishwasher, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. Situated in the heart of Fernandina Beach, Florida, this property offers easy access to the area's best attractions. Spend your days exploring the historic downtown district, strolling along the beautiful beaches, or enjoying water sports on the Atlantic Ocean. In the evenings, unwind on your private patio and watch the stunning sunsets over the water. Please note that this is a residential community, not a resort, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 9 AM. Additionally, starting in March 2025, the complex will undergo essential repairs, including work on the staircases and balconies. A discount will be automatically applied to the nightly rate during this time, but no further discounts or refunds will be available within 30 days of arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed, and a maximum of 2 vehicles per unit are permitted in the open parking area.
