Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the updated kitchen, which is outfitted with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and stainless appliances. To ensure a seamless stay, a new washer and dryer are provided right in the unit. Guests enjoy exclusive access to an impressive private fishing pier—stretching between 600 and 800 feet—and a large swimming pool situated on the ocean side of the complex. This gated community also provides open parking for a maximum of two vehicles per unit.

Located directly on the beachfront, this property offers easy beach access and unique views of the surrounding outdoor spaces. Please be aware that the building is undergoing essential maintenance and refreshes to ensure long-term safety and beauty. Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with no work taking place on weekends. While you may encounter daytime noise or see workers on-site, these improvements are crucial for the property's integrity.

Practical details for your visit include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that the minimum age to book this property is 25. For the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed. Additionally, monthly rentals are strictly prohibited from March through August.
