The home features a spacious layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests. The interior boasts an open floor plan where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow effortlessly together. For sleeping arrangements, the upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed with private access to a wraparound deck. A second bedroom offers a queen bed with deck access, while the third bedroom provides twin bunk beds and an extra twin bed. The living room also includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Pets are allowed with a pet deposit. Guests will receive detailed arrival instructions via email 5 days prior to arrival, with the door code sent the afternoon of check-in. A $500 hold is collected upon arrival and released 3 days after checkout, provided there is no damage. Please note that for bookings over 30 days, additional cleaning fees and security deposits may apply. Cancellations are subject to specific refund tiers based on the timing of the request, and 10% of the booking fee is non-refundable once confirmed.
