Practical details include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. There is one strictly enforced parking space; oversized vehicles will not fit. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. A security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card and released 7 days after departure. Cancellations are eligible for a 100% refund if made more than 14 days prior to arrival.
