These imaginative spaces include a Frozen themed room with two twins, a Jurassic Park themed room with a bunk bed (twin-double-trundle), and a Harry Potter themed room with two doubles. For the little ones, there is even a Camp Toy Story playroom tucked under the stairs.

Entertainment is the heart of this home, featuring two movie theaters—one inside the house with a 150" screen and 5.1 surround sound, and another located poolside. The Star Wars themed game room is "guarded" by a life-size Storm Trooper and is packed with a pool table, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, and video games on Xbox and PS5 consoles, alongside arcade games like Outrun Race Cars and Alien Extermination.

Outside, guests can relax in the private west-facing heated pool and spa, which offers beautiful views of a large pond. The covered lanai is fully equipped with a bar, a 55" television, and an outdoor dining area.
