The sleeping arrangements feature four king beds, one queen bed, and two themed children's rooms—one featuring Minions and the other Finding Nemo—each equipped with two Twin XL beds. The layout includes a main great room with a large Smart TV, an upstairs loft for additional hangouts, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for four.

Designed for entertainment, the villa boasts a dedicated game lounge featuring a pool table, foosball, and arcade-style basketball. Step outside to your private screened-in pool, which comes complete with a safety fence, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill for outdoor dining. Guests also enjoy full access to the Windsor at Westside resort amenities, including a lazy river, water slide, splash pad, zero-entry pool, hot tub, gym, sports courts, and the Tu Casa Bar & Lounge.

Location is everything, and this villa puts you minutes from the magic. You are approximately 10 to 25 minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando (including Epic Universe), and SeaWorld. For dining and shopping, International Drive, Old Town Kissimmee, and The Loop are all within a 15-minute drive.

Practical information includes a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM. While the home is family-friendly—with pack 'n plays and high chairs available on request—please note that pets are not allowed and smoking or vaping inside is prohibited. Free parking is provided in the driveway; street, grass, or RV parking is not permitted. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and no parties or outside visitors are allowed. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $25 per day when requested 24–48 hours in advance.
