The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors: downstairs offers a primary bedroom with 1 king bed and a queen bedroom with 2 queen beds. Upstairs you will find 2 additional king bedrooms, a Moana-themed room with 4 queen beds, a Star Wars room with 1 full and 1 twin bed, a Harry Potter room with 1 full and 1 twin bed, and a Princess room with 2 twin beds. Every bedroom is equipped with a Roku Smart TV and fresh linens.

One of the most extraordinary features is the Mario Game Loft, where hand-painted Mushroom Kingdom murals bring the world of Mario, Luigi, and Donkey Kong to life. The loft is a playground for all ages, featuring professional arcade machines, a pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a Nintendo Switch with big-screen gaming. For a truly magical experience, flip on the black lights to see the Piranha Plant glow and Bowser's castle light up. Children will love the indoor slide that leads directly from the Moana bedroom into the loft.

Outdoor living is centered around a private, screened west-facing lanai featuring a pool and spa. To ensure a stress-free stay, pool and spa heat, as well as BBQ grill use and propane, are included with no add-on fees. The poolside area includes dining for 10 and a child safety fence for peace of mind.
