• House Rules: To maintain the peace of the neighborhood, please keep late-night partying inside after 11 PM. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (including "flushable" wipes), as blockages result in a $250 fee. Please avoid using linens or towels for makeup or excessive dirt to avoid a stain fee of $50 per item.
