The condo is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to 6 guests with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a luxurious king bed and a private ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom provides versatility with a queen bed and a twin bed. For additional guests, the living area includes a comfortable sleeper sofa. The open layout is completed by a kitchen fully equipped with cookware and a Keurig coffee maker, and a private balcony with a bar-height table and chairs where you can enjoy a coastal breeze and partial beach views.

While the property focuses on a low-density, family-friendly experience to avoid the typical high-rise crowds, guests have access to a variety of resort features:

• Two swimming pools (including one heated)
• Four hot tubs
• Tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts (on-site registration required for tennis and pickleball)

For a taste of history, the Red Trolley Train stops right outside the resort for easy transport to historic downtown St. Augustine. You are also adjacent to the Guy Harvey Resort, providing further dining and transportation options.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note that check-in is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Bookings are only accepted from guests aged 25 or older, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Pets are not allowed. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited indoors and on balconies, with a $500 fee for violations. Parking passes must be pre-registered via the resort website for $25 (one-time fee); otherwise, the cost is $40 per pass on the day of arrival. Please remember to bring your own beach towels, as they are not provided.
