This entire villa is nestled within the Windsor at Westside Resort, a gated community renowned for its extensive shared amenities and close proximity to the area’s most iconic theme parks.

Designed for large groups, the home offers a balance of togetherness and quiet moments. The layout features 9 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 16 guests. For convenience, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the main floor, while the upstairs houses 7 additional bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. In total, the villa provides 9 beds to ensure everyone has a place to rest.

Inside, sunlight spills through wide windows, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The main living area offers generous seating and open sightlines that connect the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen—creating a natural flow for group meals, games, or movie nights. To ensure year-round comfort, the home is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

Step outside to the private pool located just beyond the back door. The patio provides space to unwind, enjoy the grill, or spend calm evenings under the Florida sky. Pool heat is available as an optional add-on for $35 per day with at least a week's notice.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed
• Parking: Maximum of 3 vehicles in the driveway
• Policies: No smoking, no drugs, no fireworks, and no firearms on the property (unless locked in a vehicle).
• Damage Protection: A $500 refundable security deposit is required for 1-night stays. For 2+ nights, guests may choose between the $500 deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100).
• Note: This is a self-catering home; basic starter supplies are provided but not refilled during the stay. Late check-outs may incur fees up to $300.
