Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check ins or late departures without prior approval not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. For your comfort during your stay, we provide one set of bath towels and washcloths per person, along with a starter pack of laundry detergent pods. If you’d like to refresh your towels during your stay, you’re more than welcome to use the washer and dryer, and detergent is provided for your convenience. Kindly note that the provided towels should not be used to remove makeup or to clean anything that could stain them. We also ask that guests do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Additionally, we provide a starter pack of essential items (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.). Should you need more supplies beyond what is provided, they can easily be purchased at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
