Tucked behind the pool, the carriage house rises three floors, featuring a ground-level living area and wet bar, a second kitchen and dining area beneath a vaulted beamed ceiling, and bedrooms on each of the upper two levels.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed to ensure comfort:

• Main House: Bedroom 1 (Queen), Bedroom 2 (King with ensuite), Bedroom 3 (Two Doubles, Single, and Sofa bed), Bedroom 4 (Queen), and Bedroom 5 (Queen).
• Carriage House: Bedroom 6 (King with ensuite) and Bedroom 7 (Queen).
