Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests must be 21 years or older to make a reservation and must provide a matching ID. A complete list of all guest names is required by 5 PM EST at least 24 hours before arrival to ensure resort access.
