The condo features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master suite, one queen bed, two full beds in a bunk configuration, and a full pullout sofa in the living room.

Designed for relaxation, the home offers hotel-quality mattresses and towels, along with spacious tubs perfect for a soothing bath bomb. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen for home-cooked meals or step out onto the private balcony to soak in the Florida sun. For a true "Ray" experience, the home includes a record table featuring some of Ray Charles' top records, celebrating the life of a musical genius. To unwind further, you can relax inside and catch up on your favorite Netflix shows.

Located in the historical residential neighborhood of Lincolnville, The Ray is surrounded by picturesque charm and a deep connection to the city's heritage. This flourishing area is known for its mix of historic homes and modernized beauties, and is home to local favorites like Blue Hen, Preserved, and Dog Rose Brewery, all just a few minutes' walk away. You are perfectly positioned for exploration, with a 6-minute walk to the Lightner Museum, an 8-minute walk to King Street in downtown St. Augustine, and a 15-minute drive to the beach.

Practicality is key with two dedicated off-street parking spaces reserved for your unit in the back of the building, allowing you to leave the car behind and explore the city on foot or by bike. Please note that entrances and the elevator are shared amenities with other guests, though you will have a private code for entry.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
• No parties: Bachelor/bachelorette or wedding parties are not permitted unless the entire building is booked (prior approval and extra deposit required)
• Minimum booking age: 21
• Security cameras are active in the back parking lot and stairwell for your protection
• Late check-outs cannot be accommodated; stays past checkout time incur a $50 fee
• Illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited
