The ground floor King suite includes a walk-in closet and an accessible en-suite bathroom with grab rails.

Entertainment is endless with two dedicated zones: a private movie room and a Marvel loft game lounge. Guests can enjoy a pool table, arcade games, foosball, and poker. Outside, you will find a private southwest-facing screened pool and spa that captures all-day sun and gorgeous sunsets, complemented by a resort-style outdoor kitchen and lounge featuring a BBQ grill, fridge, sink, and cooler.
