Early check-in requires preparing the property ahead of schedule, which involves additional effort. Our cleaning and maintenance team prioritizes early check-ins to ensure the space is spotless and ready for your arrival before the standard time. Early check-in is available for a fee of $30 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

NO parties or events Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. For awareness: There is one exterior security camera by the front door that is motion detection-enabled and used exclusively for monitoring the entrance for security purposes. Regarding our hot tub. Please remember that all guests are using this amenity at your own risk. Ownership, nor management does not accept any liability for your use. Please shower with soap and water before entering hot tub and do not wear sunblock or other lotions into the hot tub, as it will damage the equipment. Please be aware that guests shouldn't enjoy the hot tub for more than 15 to 30 minutes. Please do not enter if temperature is over 104 degrees. Additional hot tub safety rules will be posted near the hot tub. Do not to move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We only provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself.
