About Property

Discover the perfect blend of historic character and modern comfort at The Present, a beautifully restored 1840 landmark situated in the heart of Savannah's Historic District. This unique retreat, designed by HGTV Designer Elizabeth Demos and the Baby Grand Agency, offers an edgy yet elegant atmosphere where you can enjoy views of Crawford Square and passing horse-drawn carriages right from your window.

This beyond-spacious suite is located on the fourth floor and is accessed via a walk-up (three flights of stairs). The layout is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring one bedroom with a plush King bed and a comfortable Queen sleeper sofa, providing ample space for up to 3 guests. The interior is rich with original charm, boasting open beam ceilings, stained glass windows, and a stunning marble fireplace. A dedicated writing desk provides a functional workspace with beautiful treetop views overlooking the square.

The ensuite, Insta-worthy bathroom is as spacious as some hotel rooms, offering a luxurious experience with a separate tiled walk-in shower and a gorgeous antique clawfoot tub. Guests will find the space well-appointed with fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary bath amenities.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the property provides several thoughtful touches for guests. You can enjoy a Nespresso machine and a smart, flat-screen television in the room. For exploring the city, complimentary bikes are available upon request. Outdoor relaxation is plentiful, with a large shared patio and balcony seating, including a cozy porch swing on the back balcony.

Located in an ideal spot, you are within walking distance of Forsyth Park, Broughton Street, and the riverfront, with some of the city's best restaurants just steps away. For a coastal escape, the stunning beaches of Tybee Island are only a 25-minute drive.
