The sleeping arrangements include two private bedrooms, each featuring a king size bed, and a queen size sleeper sofa located in the living room. Bedroom #1 offers a TV and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 also includes a TV, direct access to the sunroom, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.

The interior is designed for convenience and comfort. The open and inviting kitchen features light cabinetry, white appliances, and a large layout. Guests can enjoy counter seating for three or gather around the dining table that seats six. The living room is equipped with plush seating, including a cozy couch and two recliners.
