The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own television, while the secondary bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, a twin bed, and a television. For additional sleeping flexibility, a sofa bed is available. The layout is completed by a spacious living room that opens onto a north-facing outdoor balcony with views of the resort grounds.

While structured as a refined beach escape, the home is fully equipped for long-term comfort with all hard floors throughout. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a microwave, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker, along with a washer and dryer for convenience. The primary bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and the home is kept comfortable with central A/C and heat, as well as ceiling fans in the dining room and primary bedroom.
