Sleeping Arrangements The property accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Master Bedroom: King size bed, smart TV, and a workspace with built-in USB ports. This room features private access to the pool and canal waterway, and an ensuite bathroom with a Roman tub and walk-in shower.
• Guest Bedrooms 2 & 3: Queen-sized beds and smart TVs.
• Guest Bedroom 4: Two twin-size bunk beds, sleeping 4 guests.
• Additional Space: A small sofa in the living room can serve as extra full-size sleeping space.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the heart of Palm Coast within the charming Palm Harbor neighborhood, Sunset Bay sits along the Intracoastal Waterway. Guests can enjoy sunsets from the private dock or explore the nearby European Village for boutique shopping, bars, and restaurants. The home is just 5 minutes by car from the beach and close to the Palm Harbor Golf course, as well as various scenic walking, biking, and hiking trails.

Practical Info & Rules

• Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Welcome for a fee of $100 per pet plus tax
• Pool Heating: Available for $50 per day, $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays
• Parking: All vehicles must park in the driveway. Parking on lawns or city swales is strictly prohibited. Secure off-site RV/trailer parking is available 7-10 miles away for $25 per day per unit
• Requirements: A rental agreement must be signed after reservation to confirm the stay and receive check-in instructions
• Maintenance: Lawn service occurs Tuesdays (9:30-11:00 AM) and pool service occurs Thursdays (12:00 PM)
