Early check-in is available for a fee of $35 if the check-in time is between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to the availability of the property, the cleaning schedule, and whether there is a guest checking out on the same day as your arrival. Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. We recommend reaching out a day before your check-in date to confirm availability.

NO parties or events NO SMOKING: Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed. A $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact host prior to booking and let us know that they are locals. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived. This includes washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean No food or drinks in bedrooms. Early check ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) The property requires identity verification and a completed profile.
