For additional guests, the living area includes a new pull-out couch. A dedicated small den offers a focused workspace, making the home an ideal choice for remote workers.

Continuing through original French doors, the private bedroom hosts a brand-new king mattress with comfortable linens, complemented by historic colonial dressers and end tables. At the rear of the home, a modernized kitchen features granite countertops, a stainless-steel refrigerator, and a full 30-inch range. This well-appointed space is equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and all the necessary pots, pans, and dishware for a tasteful stay.

Step outside to the fully enclosed garden patio, a shared space with the upper unit that features washed brick planters and beautiful natural foliage. This area is perfect for enjoying Savannah nights by the firepit. A rear exit provides convenient access to off-street parking and a Tesla charging station.
