This inviting home offers a seamless blend of old-world character and modern comfort, having undergone a major renovation in the fall of 2024, including a newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite shower and direct access to the pool area
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed with an ensuite shower and pool area access
• Bedroom 2: Bunk Room featuring two singles on one bunk and a single over full on the second (sleeps 4-5)
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed, serviced by a shared hallway bathroom with a combination tub/shower

Guests can enjoy a variety of standout features designed for relaxation:

• Private pool (non-heated)
• Outdoor shower with hot water
• Complimentary beach gear including chairs and towels
• Parking for up to 3 cars (limited space for large SUVs)
